erectile dysfunction?

my boyfriend is 27, everytime we go to have sex, it usually doesn’t take him long to get an erection. But after 3-5 minutes of intercourse, he ejaculates and then he goes soft. He thinks theres something wrong with him, and he thinks that I get mad about it, I do sometimes. But not all the time. He’s wanting to see a doctor but I looked up erectile dysfunction, but that doesn’t seem to be the answer. Does anyone know how to fix it, and/or what it is?
premature? how can we fix that?
